The provider growth Sales Executive will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and have responsibility for top line revenue growth. This position is critical to SymphonyRM’s overall success and will be materially rewarded for growth. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and passionate sales professional to join our sales effort in the healthcare space for our patient “Next Best Action” and provider solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for healthcare, a strong drive for success, a demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close new opportunities, and a documented track record of results. Please note that this is an Individual Contributor role.
Responsibilities:
Selling multi-year SAAS solutions to provider health organizations and negotiating complex contracts in hospitals and health systems.
Communication of the value proposition/message vs. requiring product owners to support the deal
Building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals within the healthcare market with some existing relationships in marketing, strategy and C-suite.
Strategic prospecting, routinely establishing contacts, gaining referrals and booking appointments with target accounts though you will be supported with inside sales and marketing events.
Strong analytical, creative problem solving and presentation skills
Ability to jump into different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly
Manage and prepare sales support for key prospect meetings (both onsite post-covid and via telephone) Travel 40%
Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects in a changing competitive environment
Coordinate prospect meetings with other SRM executive’s calendar and log activities in HubSpot
Efficiently and gracefully counter top of the funnel objections, prospecting, and have excellent interpersonal & technical skills
Responsibility for diversified account pursuits of small, medium, and national accounts from lead generation through contract closure
Accountability for pursuing and completing RFI/RFPs
Ability to schedule, orchestrate, and deliver C-suite meetings/presentations with consultative solution sales approach
Comfortable working in an early stage and dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats to get the job done
Qualifications:
6-10 years of outside sales experience in the provider healthcare space
Experience in consulting, healthcare sales, or business development required
Proven track record of sales success driving revenue and attaining/exceeding assigned quota
Eager to collaborate with a diverse team
Thrives in a transparent, open culture
Self-motivated and tenacious
Strong time management and organizational skills
Passionate about improving and optimizing healthcare delivery and the patient experience
Previous employer and customer references
CRM experience and previous experience with healthcare analytics or consumer engagement
College degree from an accredited institution
Understanding of data management, analytics, and business intelligence
Early stage and/or emerging company experience
