You will solve problems, lead initiatives and partner with internal teams to continuously improve operational efficiencies, compliance adherence and user satisfaction in over 90 countries throughout the full EOR employee lifecycle (from onboarding to off-boarding, through employee support).

What you will enjoy working on

  • Source and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and weaknesses causing poor user experiences, operational efficiency gaps or compliance risks.

  • Lead and implement processes, projects and frameworks that continuously improve Employee Experience operations in a context of ever-changing business needs.

  • Partner and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Payroll, Operations…) to deliver high-quality and timely action.

  • Proactively review employee-facing issues and work with Product to drive upstream fixes of customer problems and ensure day-to-day workloads are scalable and processes are running efficiently.

  • Create and maintain processes, workflows and organizational tools.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years experience at a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity

  • You have previous experience either in FinTech or top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity (Designing and building a payments system is a huge plus)

  • You are problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail.

  • You have built new processes that scale efficiently and optimized existing one to drive customer experience and operational improvements.

  • You are able to lead multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish with the ability to balance analytical critical thinking with quick decision-making and execution.

  • You have lots of energy and practice first principles thinking

  • You have advanced SQL skills and overall outstanding analytical skills, coupled with presentation skills.

  • You are a strong communicator.
