Position Description
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager, Student Success Hub, the Operations Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of project and program management support, event planning, management, training and onboarding of student employees, and administrative support for the joint and individual functions of the Learning Commons Partners and the forthcoming Student Success Hub.
Essential Job Functions reflect and anticipate work underway on Goal Three: Enhance the Student Experience, including an on-ground and virtual Student Success Hub by September ‘23.

Compensation at a Glance:
Salary Range: $41,700 - $52,400
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
