Operations Specialist, Oregon/Washington, Remote

Aledade is searching for an Operations Specialist for our Oregon and Washington market. This is a remote, work from home position located in Oregon. The successful candidate to have the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing central tracking
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and working with a Senior Management Team
Monitor field staff activities in order to assist in meeting KPI goals.
Work with the Manager to identify, problem solve and conduct appropriate assignment/escalation of issues
Work with management to analyze and monitor the financial performance of value-based initiatives
Monitor and enforce compliance with Aledade policies and procedures.
Assist the Aledade field team with any issues regarding data requests and customer satisfaction initiatives
Participate in required meetings and trainings
Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence software to document all required information, including workflow updates and practice details
Support the Executive Director on special projects and other program reporting requirements as needed

Qualifications:

Healthcare Industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Project management process knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
Travel up to 5% of the time to West Virginia. Overnight stays will be very rare
