Works with Operations departments – Customer Support, Order Processing, and Production areas to identify an order or customer inquiry status.
Communicates with customer support teams by email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
Receives, tracks, and updates customer requests to assure job quality and on-time delivery of status updates to customers.
Expedites and follows up on customer requests in a timely manner.
Coordinates and provides photographic images of the decorated product to customer support teams.
Gatekeeper for Art Department, facilitating the assignment of work to artists quickly and efficiently as well as responding to inquiries for rush job requests for art file completion.
Order audits to verify orders have been accurately processed before being produced by the manufacturing teams.
Access and run departmental reports collecting and compiling information for the department to provide daily updates, research, and metric tracking.
Provide support to PCNA customer-facing teams for pre-sale/order art-related inquiries through email.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Adobe Illustrator, a plus.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Bi-lingual skills; English and Spanish preferred.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee occasionally is required to reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to work well independently or with others.
Ability to positively interact with various departments within the organization.v
