Security Analyst, DFIR

Skills

• Experience with decoding logs from security devices
• In-depth experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS
• Ability to automate workflows with scripting languages
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network architecture
• Knowledge of cloud, web application, and API security
• Experience in conducting forensic investigations and malware reverse engineering

Responsibilities

• Execute security incident response processes
• Collect and process volatile information for forensic investigations
• Investigate low to medium complexity incidents cases
• Examine and analyze security events and issues
• Produce detailed written reports on incidents
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
