SRE I

OppFi is seeking a SRE/DevOps Engineer to join their tech-enabled, mission-driven specialty finance platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating deployment processes, improving observability, and migrating legacy technologies to EKS.

Skills

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in container orchestrators such as Kubernetes, ECS, or Swarm
Knowledge of IAC / CM tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.
Familiarity with CI / CD tools like GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, or CircleCI
Scripting skills in Bash or similar languages
Understanding of log / metrics / alerting tools
Programming experience in languages like Python, Ruby, Go, etc.

Responsibilities

Automate deployment processes using Terraform, yaml, and scripts
Improve observability by enhancing the use of logs, metrics, tracing, and dashboards
Collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot issues and enhance automation
Migrate legacy technologies to EKS
Participate in skills growth and knowledge sharing initiatives
