Targeted salary range: $44,720-$47,500
Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Coordinate a variety of events, gather and maintain accreditation documentation, coordinate student Internships, and promote and recruit for graduate and undergraduate programs. Research, design, implement and monitor projects at the request of the Dean; work effectively with the Dean and other members of the College of Business staff, faculty, and diverse external and internal constituencies.

Required Minimum Work Experience:
One year of experience in academic or higher-educational administration or applicable work experience.

Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly facility with forming partnerships or liaisons with external parties.
Strong goal-setting skills and goal-achievement orientation; ability to prioritize and establish appropriate courses of action.
Skills in coordination and monitoring, along with problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools and Google.
Ability to direct and/or mentor others to achieve necessary goals and objectives.
Ability to work independently and in groups.
Detail oriented.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility.

Master Degree.
Experience with or familiarity with academic accreditation and documentation requirements.
