Growing your career with Optimove is basically guaranteed.We are in fast growth and are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our US site and employees. You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, employee retention and employee relations while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. As we continue to rapidly grow you will also assist in building innovative new programs to support the teams as they scale. You'll also take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers.Responsibilities:• Partner with the different teams in the US site and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.• Design, support and execute people-related strategy.• Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.• Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.• Partner with the HR Functions and Global HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.• Be the ambassador of Optimove US organizational culture. Plan and implement organizational culture activities.Requirements:• 4-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner in a tech company.• Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.• Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.• Experience in a global environment / scaling team• Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.• High interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills• Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning.• BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience, Master's degree in Human Resources or related field a plus.
