This position is mostly remote with some days onsite to attend meetings or events. Travel is up to 10%.We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of placing sales executives, business development professionals, and leaders within the technology consulting sector. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of technology consulting professionals with an emphasis on sales executives, and the ability to strategically source, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a high level of creativity, and strategic thinking to meet the demands of our fast-paced and dynamic industry.Responsibilities• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier sales executives, client leaders and solution leaders within the technology consulting industry.• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your network, industry connections, and various sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.• Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' sales acumen, industry experience, and cultural fit within Daugherty Business Solutions.• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Daugherty hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their specific needs and provide insights into the candidate market.• Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create compelling offers and manage the negotiation process to ensure a successful hire.• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic recruitment advice to the business.• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our company's values and culture.• Flexible Recruiting: While your primary focus will be on sales and leadership roles, you'll be ready to pivot and support consultant hiring efforts when needed, demonstrating your adaptability and team-oriented approach.• Teaming Approach: Work collaboratively with other recruiters and team members to ensure a cohesive recruitment process and share insights that benefit the broader talent acquisition strategy.• Process Adherence: Ensure all recruitment activities follow established processes, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
