Optiver is looking for a self-starter and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Operations Team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support the team's hiring strategies by owning a streamlined candidate management and recruitment process, while driving continuous improvement. Active on leading US exchanges, Optiver's Chicago office trades a wide range of products from listed derivatives to cash equities, ETFs, bonds and foreign exchange.What you'll do:• Partner closely with the recruitment and hiring teams to manage full-cycle coordination (scheduling interviews, processing assessments, maintaining and auditing pipelines, hosting interviews) and execute other hiring strategies• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system• Own the candidate experience from start to finish, working closely with candidates throughout their interview process and deliver a top-notch experience• Form opinions and work with others to optimize and scale recruitment processes and document changes• Collaborate with the broader Talent team on projects that support our business strategyWho you are:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field• 1+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, Recruitment, HR, or other relevant experience is preferred• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and Outlook• Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology preferred• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
