Job DescriptionSenior User Experience Designer – Construction &EngineeringOur team seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to join ourglobal design team. Over the next year, our team will be tackling arange of challenging initiatives. Planning and conducting research using appropriate qualitative andquantitative methods to express the customer problem, understandthe business context and measure the success of our products. Teaming up with engineers to find the best solutions to ourcustomers’ problems. Explaining your design rationale and goals to engineers, productstrategy, technical product management, and others. Using visual tools such as interactive prototypes, experience maps,user journeys, storyboards, workflows, and wireframes tocommunicate. Planning and facilitating workshops to meet customer andstakeholder engagement goalsQualifications & previous experience:. BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field, or equivalentpractical experience, or equivalent industry-specific experience.. 5+ years of demonstrable industry experience in UX design orinformation architecture.
