Institutional Sales Executive (Wealth Management Focus)

We are seeking an Institutional Sales Executive with deep experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office distribution to drive adoption of OSL’s wealth managementsolutions. The ideal candidate has an existing network in Asia’s wealth management sector and a track record of selling investment products (e.g., alternatives, structured notes, funds) to sophisticated clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard private banks, family offices, and wealth platforms onto OSL’s wealth management solutions.
  • Leverage existing relationships with wealth managers and HNWIs to position OSL as a trusted partner for regulated digital asset exposure.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by structuring tailored solutions aligned with client mandates (e.g. diversified crypto portfolios).

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary advisor to wealth managers, providing market insights, due diligence support, and education on digital asset integration.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client engagement.

Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Partner with OSL’s Product and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet private banking standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate client feedback into product enhancements for OSL’s wealth management offerings.
  • 3+ years in wealth management sales, private banking, or fund distribution, with a focus on alternative investments (e.g., hedge funds, structured products).
  • Proven network across private banks, family offices, or independent wealth platforms in Asia.
  • Familiarity with digital asset adoption trends in wealth management.
  • SFC Type 1 license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate regulated and emerging asset classes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience pitching crypto-as-an-asset-class to traditional wealth clients.
  • Knowledge of portfolio construction incorporating digital assets.
