Job Summary:Your primary role will be to act as the main contact for healthcare provider (HCP) customers, liaising with cross-functional teams including Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) while maintaining appropriate guardrails. As such, you should have comprehensive knowledge of complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Formulary placement is another key consideration when it comes to ensuring product access in local markets, as being included on a formulary can greatly increase the likelihood of coverage by payors• It is essential to convey on-label information clearly and accurately, not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to promote better patient outcomes• When determining the best approach to patient care, healthcare professionals may be presented with a menu of options. It閳ユ獨 important to carefully review each option and choose the one that is most appropriate for the patient閳ユ獨 needs• The proficiency to appropriately connect providers with available CSSs in real-time as concerns arise• By using a range of virtual tools, it is crucial to engage customers to achieve success in modern business. Customers can be referred to colleagues (such as the CSS) as needed, and feedback can be sought in closing the loop on the customer's request and evaluating engagement satisfaction• Being a thought leader means championing innovation and growth in your industry. Facilitating speaker programs and organizing local provider group discussions are powerful opportunities to connect with other leaders, share knowledge, and spark meaningful change• By leveraging customer insights and collaborating with the ecosystem team, organizations can stay ahead of the competition and drive sustainable growthQualification:• To qualify for this position, applicants must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales• The regulation specifies that individuals must reside within a viable commuting radius of 50 miles from the leading urban metropolis of the sales area• This role requires that applicants possess previous experience in cross-functional work within commercial life sciences.
