Job Summary:Your primary role will be to act as the main contact for healthcare provider (HCP) customers, liaising with cross-functional teams including Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) while maintaining appropriate guardrails. As such, you should have comprehensive knowledge of complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Formulary placement is another key consideration when it comes to ensuring product access in local markets, as being included on a formulary can greatly increase the likelihood of coverage by payors• It is essential to convey on-label information clearly and accurately, not only to meet regulatory requirements but also to promote better patient outcomes• When determining the best approach to patient care, healthcare professionals may be presented with a menu of options.
