Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

Job Summary:The chosen individual will hold a key role in liaising with healthcare provider (HCP) customers, coordinating with cross-functional colleagues in Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) while working within relevant guidelines. They will be expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Formulary placement is another key consideration when it comes to ensuring product access in local markets, as being included on a formulary can greatly increase the likelihood of coverage by payors• The skillful and knowledgeable handling of on-label information ensures that stakeholders understand the risks and benefits associated with the product• Discharge protocols are also an important aspect of patient care. These protocols are designed to ensure a smooth transition of care from the hospital to the patient鈥檚 home or another healthcare setting. They typically provide information on medication management, follow-up appointments, and other important details• The capacity to promptly link healthcare providers with available CSSs in real-time as questions are raised• Digital instruments have made customer engagement more effortless. Clients can be reached through various online tools, and their subsequent requirements can be directed to the appropriate personnel, inclusive of the CSS. The loop can then be closed by checking the customer's satisfaction and seeking feedback on the experience• Spearhead the growth of thought leadership by convening speaker programs and coordinating meetings of local provider groups. These forums allow for in-depth discussions on the experiences and outcomes of those in the field with regional leaders• Collaborating in a compliant manner with the ecosystem team is crucial for adjusting targeting and call point plans. It is essential to act on insights acquired from customer-facing roles in order to drive business growthQualification:• To qualify for this position, applicants must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales• To be eligible, an individual must live within 50 miles of the primary city in the sales territory and able to commute• To be considered for this position, applicants must have prior experience with cross-functional work in commercial life sciences.
