About the role:

As a Copywriter, you will be a creative force in crafting compelling, impactful digital content that resonates with our audience. You will apply advanced writing techniques, storytelling methods, and industry knowledge to tackle complex assignments with defined objectives, working independently within an established framework to achieve ambitious project goals. 

Your exceptional writing skills, creativity, and understanding of brand voice will enable you to produce high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms. Collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams, you will create content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. 

Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and elevating the impact of our digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of digital formats, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and effective digital marketing materials.

  • Brand Voice Development: Lead the development and maintenance of a consistent, impactful brand voice across all written content.

  • Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of content, including understanding target audience preferences and industry trends. Analyze content performance metrics and incorporate data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • SEO Integration: Incorporate advanced SEO best practices into copywriting to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Work closely with SEO specialists to align content with broader SEO strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy with a critical eye, ensuring high-quality output that is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines before publication.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior copywriters, helping them develop their writing skills and contribute to the team's success.

  • Project Leadership: Lead multiple complex writing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, lifecycle marketing trends, writing techniques, and best practices to enhance copywriting skills and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in copywriting or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing skills and versatility across digital formats.

  • Mastery of writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling, error-free copy.

  • Deep understanding of brand voice development and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.

  • Thorough knowledge of SEO principles and how to incorporate keywords effectively into copy to optimize for search engine rankings.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience in mentoring and providing feedback to junior copywriters to help them develop their skills.
