The Role

Outreach is looking for a results oriented Content Specialist to join the Outreach Platform Operations team within the REO (Revenue Enablement and Operations) organization. This person will partner with senior leaders across the Sales, Marketing and RevOps Organization to run the Content Lifecycle program for our GTM teams. 


You will be a trusted advisor and partner, focused on content operational activities, copy writing and content performance & optimization. This is a high impact role, with rapidly changing priorities. You will think operationally, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition.  Most importantly, you will drive strong relationships through excellent communication, alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and keep content projects on track.


Location:This is a hybrid position in Atlanta but open to remote


Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Own content copywriting of Sequences, Templates and Snippets for the Presales and Sales team
  • Establish collaboration program with Solutions Marketing to incorporate core value messaging framework into platform content
  • Own the Outreach Platform content lifecycle process for presales and sales team including content performance inspection, prioritization, content sourcing and content retirement
  • Run regular content committee meetings with presales and sales team to continuously optimize content based on leadership and team feedback
  • Strengthen standardization of content across presales and sales through regular clean up and content standardization efforts
  • Own tactical content analytics by diving deep into content to continuously improve content performance one tweak at a time
  • Highlight content strengths and weaknesses through regular content performance reporting to cross functional stakeholders  
  • Research the latest trends and gather information on content best practices to continuously improve our content
  • Leverage our Content Management System to develop field facing knowledge articles on content libraries and keep them up to date to optimized field execution


Our Vision of You:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally working with Sales, B2B Marketing, Marketing, or Operations roles
  • Successful track record of writing action-oriented content for pre-sales and sales teams
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ideas/data into consumable insights (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Ability to develop program plans that are measurable and drive measurable outcomes
  • Ability to translate long-term strategic thinking into day-to-day execution
  • Passion and enthusiasm around organizational excellence and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence across multiple teams and levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world
  • Plus: Experience working in business development or sales environment and have a solid background of GTM strategy and personas


The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
