The Role


Outreach is looking for a dynamic People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People Experience team in our Atlanta office. The PBP will play a critical role in aligning our people strategies with business goals and providing HR support to our Marketing and Sales teams. You’ll be responsible for making a significant impact on the GTM organization, excelling in a fast-paced environment. You will be partnering closely with leadership and providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to coaching both leaders and employees, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational change, engagement, and DEI. You are someone who can drive people initiatives, mentor others across the PBP team, and develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Location: We’re looking to hire this position hybrid in Atlanta with office expectations of 2-3 days/week.


Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Collaborating with GTM business leadership and the broader People Team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged, accountable and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Providing guidance and support to leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Planning and managing change in a variety of significant settings in close collaboration with senior leaders
  • Designing, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to help set managers and employees up for success
  • Leveraging data to inform design and decisions on strategy, structure and programs and promote org health and productivity
  • Analyzing and facilitating leadership and culture initiatives. Using influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values
  • Leading people processes (performance calibration, merit cycle, promotions, engagement survey)


Our Vision Of You
  • 5+ years of People/HR team experience including 3+ years as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced, global start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field preferred
  • You have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes
  • Knowledge of people policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining people projects and programs
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees and leaders alike
  • Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership coaching skills


The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$109,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
