This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with an ever-growing company.Responsibilities• Utilize our internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs• Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management teamJob Requirements• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college (open to all majors)• Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Office and internet browsing• Interest in Recruiting and/ or Sales and Account ManagementThe Perks• $24.05/hr base pay plus bonuses (paid weekly)• 401k (we match!)• Monthly cell phone stipendOur EmployeesOur team is the reason we have such a strong brand, are able to offer such exceptional customer service and continue to grow rapidly as an organization.
