Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on various issues to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Assist in preparing exhibits and evidence for court proceedings.
- Attend court hearings and trials to observe and assist attorneys as needed.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation to ensure timely access and efficiency.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support case strategy and planning.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills; familiarity with legal research databases is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
