We need a Paid Search Manager to interface with our brand partners to create and execute advertising strategy. If you have awesome PPC experience with large budgets and a knack for nurturing relationships, we invite you to apply! This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule (50% in office each week) based in Lehi, Utah at our beautiful headquarters office.

What is a day in the life of a Paid Search Manager?
  • Oversee a portfolio of brand partners’ paid social advertising efforts, ranging from $10-100k+/month in ad spend across paid search channels, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Maintain communication with Pattern Brand Managers and brand partners on a regular basis, including face-to-face or video conference calls when needed
  • Work with Pattern Brand Managers and brand partners to develop paid search strategies, KPIs, budgets, and reporting processes
  • Manage day-to-day campaigns and operations inside brand partner accounts
  • Work with Pattern’s creative team to create new ads to test and increase performance for brand partners
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing, paid advertising role
  • Proven history of exceptional strategy development, campaign execution and reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads including Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, Discover, and YouTube
  • Experience building and customizing product feeds
  • Solid capabilities in attribution and analytics studios
  • Experience in ecommerce, particularly CPG

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
  • In the first 30 days, you’ll develop relationships with brand partners, begin to understand and develop paid advertising strategies, and build connections with other Pattern teams and internal partners
  • In the first 60 days, you’ll test strategies, implementing new solutions, and reporting
  • In the first 90 days, you’ll meet ad goals, drive revenue, and have solid working relationships with brand partners and a deep understanding of their strategies
What is the team like?
You will work with the other Digital Marketing team members and be supervised by the Head of Digital Advertising. You will also be mentored by the VP of Advertising and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
