Account Manager for Accounting Agency (US-based/Remote)

Our client, a Los Angeles-based accounting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager with experience in ClickUp, Quickbooks, and GHL. This is a full time remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing updates on tax planning and bookkeeping.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of their books.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a seamless experience.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

• Proficient in HubSpot, QuickBooks, and ClickUp.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with GHL.
• Experience in client management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in an agency setting
• Must be based in Latin America and work aligned with Pacific Time.
