Our client, a dynamic and innovative US based business consulting company, is seeking a skilled CRM Admin (High Level). The HighLevel Admin is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing HighLevel CRM systems to meet client needs. This role ensures smooth operation of the platform, integrates third-party tools, and creates automations, workflows, and templates to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Maintain and update the HighLevel CRM platform, ensuring functionality, stability, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Configuration and Customization: Set up accounts, pipelines, automations, and integrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Workflow Development: Design and implement workflows, triggers, and automations to streamline operations and improve client efficiency.
  • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing platform-related questions or concerns.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct client training sessions on HighLevel features and create comprehensive documentation for ongoing client reference.
  • Quality Assurance: Test and troubleshoot configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams to align CRM functionalities with business strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HighLevel updates and best practices to recommend enhancements and improve system usage.

  • Certification: HighLevel Certified Admin credential (required). Optional, but desired, certifications include: AI Employee, A2P 10DLC Compliance Certificate, Local Hero, Course Creator.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience managing HighLevel CRM systems or similar platforms.
  • Basic familiarity with javascript would be huge plus as we can do custom functions in Go High Level with javascript.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM configuration, third-party integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client training and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and prioritization skills for managing multiple client projects.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new features and adapt to evolving client needs and platform updates.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with email marketing, landing page design, and A2P 10DLC compliance.
