We are currently hiring a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform. This role is remote, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform.
• Design and develop email templates, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing layout.
• Segment and target email lists based on audience characteristics and behavior.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in using the Klaviyo platform to create and manage email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for engagement and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
