Software Engineer (Integrations)
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement integration solutions on IBM ACE, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across systems.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
- Provide regular, transparent status reports on integration projects, proactively communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Investigate and address integration-related issues, working collaboratively to identify root causes and implement solutions in a manner that fosters knowledge sharing across diverse teams.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging integration technologies and industry trends, and share insights with the team to foster a culture of learning and inclusivity.
- Actively pursue technical growth to contribute effectively to integration projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in integration development; familiarity with integration concepts and technologies and an eagerness to grow in the role.
- Experience with IBM App Connect or IBM Integration Bus
- Proficiency with IBM MQ.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience with ESQL, Git, GitFlow, and Linux.
- Proficiency in either .NET or Java frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to support collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a focus on supporting team dynamics and inclusivity.
- Self-motivated, adaptable learner, and a responsive team player with strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
