This position is available for candidates in or near Charlotte, NC, or those willing to relocate.
Intern Responsibilities:
Serve as an initial point of contact for a key account and other customers, dedicating about 50% of your time to the key account, with the intent to increase engagement over 6+ months.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the key account organization.
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, acting as their primary contact.
Participate in quarterly business reviews to discuss customer concerns, identify additional training requirements, and collect feedback on software enhancements.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
Work alongside the Customer Support and Implementation Teams to promptly resolve customer issues.
Ensure all customer inquiries and requests are followed up on diligently.
Communicate customer feedback on product enhancements to the product and development teams effectively.
What You Need to Succeed:
A strong interest in pursuing a career in Customer Success, with a keenness to learn and apply customer success and account management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-starting, and independent work ethic.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

Located in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area, or able to work remotely with a willingness to engage with the local team as needed.
