You will report directly to the General Manager and CFO as the Bookkeeper. Your role will involve maintaining day-to-day accounting functions, managing accruals, preparing financial statements, and performing various general accounting activities as needed.

Role responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including maintaining customer and vendor records.
Accounts Payable: Handle accounts payable tasks, obtain necessary approvals, input data into Ramp and QuickBooks Online (QBO), and maintain vendor records.
Bank Reconciliations: Assist in bank reconciliations for depository
Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensure input accuracy, and prepare monthly/weekly reports and journal entries as needed.
Payroll: Possess basic knowledge of payroll and assist in bi-weekly processing.
Financial Statements: Help prepare financial statements regularly and as required for external entities.
Documentation: Maintain essential business documents and physical filing systems.
Annual Processes: Assist in preparing annual 1099’s, annual budget and audit process.
Vendor Management: Set up and maintain new vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies.
Cash Management: Handle deposit and cash reports.
Expense Reports: Review all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure.
Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus but not required
Proficient in Quick Books Online (at least 1 year experience).
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting principles.
At least 1 year Full Charge Bookkeeping experience.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-player environment.
Ability to interface well with staff and external contacts.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
