We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, building, and enriching high-quality prospect lists to support our sales and marketing efforts.
Prospect Identification:
Research and identify potential leads using online tools, directories, and databases.
Understand target audience criteria to build accurate and relevant prospect lists.
List Building and Enrichment:
Create and maintain prospect databases by collecting contact details and company information.
Validate and enrich existing lists by updating missing or outdated information.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.
Generate insights on industries, company structures, and key decision-makers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies with business objectives.
Share regular updates and reports on progress and lead quality.
Proven experience in lead generation or list-building roles.
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent research and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C markets and sales funnels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
