We are looking for a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a group of lawyers in various practice areas including Regional General Counsel/Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Commercial Legal.
This exciting role will involve substantive and administrative work in each of these practice areas:
Your tasks will be varied and interesting, including legal research, searching databases, and gathering and collating information in connection with transactions, regulatory requests, and filings. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, preparing PowerPoint presentations/Excel spreadsheets, facilitating document execution, processing procurement, courier orders and expense invoices, updating precedents, arranging meetings and travel arrangements.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work on a diverse team working on multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and time-management skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize. You will also have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Salary
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
