ERGs establish networks that enhance diversity and fuel our culture of inclusion and belonging. They are enablers of the DEI&B strategy to support Yahoo’s strategic business goals. ERGs foster both professional and personal development and share diverse insights to help grow our business and to connect with our consumers. ERGs support the communities we serve through volunteerism and unite us to our external communities. We have 10 internally.
