Accounts Receivables Specialist (Temporary)
Parsley Health is looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to improve member satisfaction and revenue through effective claims processing and problem-solving strategies.
Skills
- Healthcare accounts receivable experience
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Proficiency in healthcare billing software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for claims and payment processor issues
- Identify adjudication patterns using denial and claim rejection data
- Support member escalations regarding insurance eligibility and claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
- Verify insurance benefits and check eligibility of members
Education
- Relevant certification in healthcare billing
- Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
