Lead Physician
Parsley Health is transforming health with an emphasis on root cause resolution medicine. They seek a Lead Physician passionate about patient care and clinical leadership.
Skills
- MD or DO license
- Board certification in primary care fields
- People management experience
- Experience in primary care and functional medicine
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise a clinician team of MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs
- Provide exceptional patient care in-person and/or virtually
- Conduct performance reviews and chart audits
- Assist with clinician hiring
- Support Membership Experience team with medical compliance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
Education
- MD or DO degree with relevant board certification
