Part Time Real Estate Assistant

This position is to assist in a number of different real estate needs for a a Real Estate/ Broker agent with Coldwell Banker responsible for clients throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Position is for 9-1pm Monday through Friday

Preferred background:

Bachelor’s degree

Real estate license or in the process of getting a real estate license

Has had previous work experience and references

Understands timelines and deadlines

Preferred skill base:

Great attitude: Shining light in the room. A fun upbeat person to be around.

Very organized person (big part of keeping me organized)

High S & C on DISC test (will take as a part of the hiring process)

Skilled in posting in social media marketing

Willing to answer calls while agent is tied up

Analytic: Likes numbers and data

Non-negotiables

Willingness to learn the CORE process and systems (will teach & discuss in the interview)

Interested in eventually going full time or getting a real estate license in order to do more requiring a real estate license.

Willing to work from an office in Los Altos (Will discuss)

Open for transaction management (Some knowledge of the CAR forms)

Willing to start day with our team zoom mtg at 8:55am

Starting pay: $25 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
