Position Purpose
As a member of the Part Time Warehouse Operations team, you will be responsible for final assembly, picking, packing, prepping, and shipping orders, trash removal and recycling, as well as executing receiving processes. Additionally, you will help with the process of returns, forklift operation, staging, and loading finished and unfinished product. You will be cross trained to work in most areas to assist where needed. Your schedule will be Monday through Wednesday, 6am-2:30pm. This position is eligible for benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
Timely and accurately pick, pack, prep, load, receive, and audit finished and unfinished goods
Operate the bed assembly process, execute receiving processes, and support shipping audit process
Work within Oracle WMS using handheld scanner
Participate in and perform 5S and continuous improvement activities
Perform inventory counts and physical inventory as necessary
Operate forklifts as needed
Position Requirements
1+ years previous experience in a warehouse/distribution or pick and pack operation preferred
Experience with reach and/or stand up forklifts preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis and perform repetitive bending and twisting motions, while standing 8.0 hours or more per shift
Working Conditions
The work environment includes moving equipment, a moderate noise level and some fluctuations in temperature
Work schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 6:00am- 2:30PM
Pay is $16.25- $19.25, depending on experience
