· Verify payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and adhere to deadlines.

· Develop and update compensation and benefits policies, including conducting annual salary reviews to ensure market competitiveness.

· Work with system developers, conduct testing, and ensure seamless payroll and employee self-service processes.
· Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security laws to avoid legal penalties.
· Prepare and present reports for external audits, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and company data.
· Provide assistance to employees on payroll, benefits, and tax inquiries.
· Collaborate with HR, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth processes and clear communication.
· Manage the secure updating of employee personal information in compliance with data protection regulations.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proficiency in English and Russian.
· Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP), management portals, and programming languages (e.g., Python).
· In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and labor law best practices.
· Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting.
· At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, compensation, or related HR roles.
· Extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems and legal compliance reporting.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex payroll and benefits systems and processes efficiently.
