Recruiter (Contract)

Air is the first Creative Ops platform: a system of record for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content, unlocking creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. Air launched in March 2021 and is backed by world-class venture capital firms including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance at least 3 days/week.

Duration: 6 months contract (opportunity to extend)

The Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter to support a high volume of hiring in H1 2025. In this role, you’ll play a strategic part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple teams. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll ensure a seamless recruitment experience while advocating for diversity and efficiency at every step of the process.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Source high-quality candidates through direct outreach, talent pools, and referrals.
  • Use data and insights to identify challenges in the hiring funnel and propose creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring goals, timelines, and candidate experience.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup company.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Workable!) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You’re adaptable and thrive in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • You’re passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and building a strong company culture.
