This role is based in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams and leaders in the business to drive rapid growth, retention, and scale. You will help the business identify most critical opportunities, leveraging data and insights to drive change in our processes and strategies. You will be a core member of the Business Operations and Enablement team, who will own complex strategic topics that span multiple business units, including our Creator Acquisition, Creator Management, Creator Marketing, and Engineering and Product teams.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will drive process improvement, creating and driving strategic initiatives, and working with data analytics and insights to identify areas of improvement. This role will work to discover white space of opportunity within the org to refine our processes, improve our programs for rapid growth initiatives, and build better processes for data analysis and insights discovery.
Here’s a quick look of some of the responsibilities of the role:
Act as a liaison and partner with Data Science, UXR, MR, machine learning, and external vendors to identify and prioritize the right data requests, build data briefs, and uncover insights to provide to the broader operations organization
Identify strategic initiatives that would drive scaled programs and processes that support the business’ potential for rapid growth
Use business insights to identify high priority opportunities within the business that support growth, creator retention, and member retention
Build businesses cases for which programs and initiatives should be prioritized based off of insights, research, and gaps
Independently own key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within broader programs) from initial concept to execution, change management, iteration, and measurement
About You
Data driven with strong analytical and insights background - demonstrated through experience identifying, gathering, and analyzing the right data to inform business decisions and priorities
Experience creating business strategies in a fast-paced environment, while balancing for the right priorities and outcomes across all departments
Operates in an ambiguous environment without a lot of oversight, intrinsically motivated to drive better outcomes for the business
5-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, business development, or analytics
Experience interacting with senior leadership and establishing credibility as a strategic partner to cross functional teams and colleagues
Systems thinker who is able to make connections between strategies and departments, driving stronger outcomes across all
