Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch clients through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with questions related to their accounts, game selection, and promotions
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments in iGaming
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain follow-up as needed
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service initiatives

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer service is preferred; knowledge of iGaming is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service quality
Detail-oriented and capable of effective problem-solving
Comfortable using technology and customer support tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be eligible to work in Greece
Valid EU passport or ID
