As a Dutch Technical Support representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to the search engine's products and services. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot problems, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding the search engine's products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist customers with technical issues, installations, and configurations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and product knowledge
• Adhere to company guidelines, processes, and procedures

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in technical support or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
