German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist - Remote in Greece

We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity from anywhere in Greece. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their experience is seamless, efficient, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and foster positive customer relationships.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address recurring customer challenges.
• Stay informed on company products and services to offer informed solutions and recommendations.
• Assist in training new team members and contributing to a positive remote team culture.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in remote working tools and CRM software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
