German Speaking Customer Service - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting in a professional and efficient manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and a focus on finding solutions.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Implement feedback and report insights to continually improve service delivery.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
