This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the hospitality sector. As a key member of our team, you will assist Nordic-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients searching for accommodation options.
Manage the entire booking process, including inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Offer comprehensive information regarding accommodation facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure quality service.
Address and resolve any client issues or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
Document all client interactions accurately in the booking system.
Stay informed about local accommodation options and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) along with English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel-related roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to enhancing the client experience.
Ability to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills in a remote work environment.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help clients find the perfect accommodations.
