We are currently in search of a Nordic Speaking Consultant for our Online Payment Solutions Department. Responsibilities
- Communicate with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their needs related to online payment solutions.
- Offer tailored advice and support in the implementation and optimization of online payment systems for various enterprises.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ existing payment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and security.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver all-encompassing solutions that meet client expectations.
- Navigate clients through complex payment regulations and compliance issues.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and innovations in online payment solutions to provide clients with accurate information.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with clients through superior service and communication.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, especially in the realm of online payment solutions or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple projects efficiently.
