Nordic Speaking Customer Service for a Big Five IT Companies - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for one of the Big Five IT Companies. This position allows you to work from Greece while providing outstanding support to clients across Nordic regions, making it an excellent fit for those passionate about technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about IT products, services, and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service and support processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to streamline issue resolution and provide comprehensive support.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and company offerings.
• Provide proactive support and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.
