Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding fitness technology products via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
Guide clients on effectively using fitness devices and applications to optimize their experience.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and product feedback.
Stay informed about product updates, features, and trends in the fitness technology landscape.
Collect customer insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer support roles, preferably in the fitness or technology industry.
Strong interest in fitness technology and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer service approach.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
