As a travel agent, you will primarily assist Nordic-speaking clients in planning their dream trips, providing personalized service and expert insights.

Responsibilities

Assist Nordic-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and local activities.
Provide tailored recommendations based on clients' interests, preferences, and budgets.
Communicate efficiently with clients through various channels, ensuring excellent customer service.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry promotions to offer clients the best options available.
Manage bookings diligently, ensuring accuracy in all travel arrangements.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter during the booking process or their travels.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the travel industry or as a travel agent is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
