• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding electronic products.
• Assist customers with product orders, technical issues, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records while ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about the latest product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the service team.

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
