This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and customer service, and who are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their online travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online travel bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries relating to itineraries, changes, cancellations, and travel policies.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
• Stay informed about current travel regulations, promotions, and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
