Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service details, fare information, and transportation policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and effective manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
• Educate clients about available services and explain safety protocols clearly.
• Gather customer feedback to support improvements in service offerings and customer experience.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
