Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients seeking accommodation options.
Efficiently manage the booking process, including inquiries, reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Offer thorough information regarding accommodation policies, amenities, and local attractions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure quality service.
Effectively address and resolve any client issues or specific requests.
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate information in the booking system.
Stay knowledgeable about local accommodations and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a travel-related role preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Proficiency in using booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
Strong attention to detail and capable of multitasking effectively in a remote environment.
